Hey man lets go fuck with a service advisor today and make his job even harder than it already is!
Where management drag a tech out to act as a service advisor and weeks later that person is in denial that they are now a service advisor. In the worst cases the new service advisor may be genuinly convinced that they will "go back into the workshop any day now".
Poor guy still thinks hes a mechanic. Epic case of service advisor denial.
