Similar to Turd Burglar, has two definitions:

1. A common name for a homosexual.
2. One that interrupts another's private shit in a public bathroom and doesn't allow them to force out the dookie.

1. Did you see those two shit thieves in the skin tight shirts kissing on the park bench?

2. I was taking a giant double-flusher in the Taco Bell bathroom when a shit thief came in and caught me in action.
