This is a phrase that means for a male to show off his genitalia to another person(s). Usually, this is done in a non-threatening way; possibly even verging on a friendly way.
My boss was having a rough day, so to brighten him up a bit I asked if he would like me to show 'em my toolbox.
Telling someone whats up or what the deal is.
Telling a person how its going down or how it will be played out.
Or if one is about to begin rapping on a tasty track they will show how to do it by announcing that they are going to "Show em how the Tea Boil."
Tea in essence is the "situation" and Boil is the action verb to show what is happening or what is going on at that moment.
