A phrase used by B.A Baracus (or Mr.T) that tells you're adversary to be quiet.
It is also used by foo's!

"shuttup, fool! I pitty thee!"
you want tough?
get t3
take it from me, mr.t
"but t3 isn't tough-'shuttup foo'"
