When someone does/says something stupid.
Usually it’s when they give a crazy idea, or they say someone’s something (when they’re not).
Being skuncked is being in a stupid/high state.
Used usually to ask said stupid/crazy person if they’re serious.
Can be likened to “are you crazy?” or “are you stupid?”
“Bro are you skuncked? What are you even saying?”
or
“Ignore him he’s skuncked.”
When someone is really high, or acting/being stupid. Could also be used if they say something / act ludicrously.
