a pigeon, due to the suspicion that rats turn to pigeons during daylight hours and back during the night. Also due to the fact that neither does anything of any value, other than shit everywhere...

Helicopter and or the pilots and crew that use helicopters t chase down motorcycles, speeders ec. on the roads around large cities.
That guy totally outran the pigs with his motorcycle until the sky rats ratted him out.
