skype tickle

When two people are communicating using Skype, one person will rub his or her finger on the lens while the other person laughs, simulating being ticked in person.

Jeff: Hey Mike I heard about Skype. What's so good about it?
Mike: You can Skype tickle people.
Jeff: Really?
Mike: Yeah Laura and I do it all the time to eachother.
