a bullshit attempt to make up slang words and try to sound cool. this phenomena occurs primarily when intoxicated.

Sarah:Oh, baby that girl is PHAT. She is so fly!
{laughs to herself in a drunken snicker}

Sarah: You like my use of slang turds?
