A theoretical state of being lubricated/greased so much that you look like a slug had a monkey's babies. It's also a term for a gay person. Because they always use too much lube.

When everyone at a party is purposefully getting a single targeted person as drunk as possible and EVERYONE is in on it. The more drunk you can get the “Monkey Slug” the more entertaining it will be!

Person 1: Yo, how was that party last night??

Person 2: Bro it was crazy, we were Monkey Slugging Robert to the point he was screaming and rolling on the floor. It was hilarious.
