A person who acts like other people don’t matter as much as they do; a person who does not care if their actions or words are rude, offensive, or ruin someone’s day.

A customer is very rude and demanding to the Service Desk attendant at the store. After she is gone, the attendant’s coworker walks up and says, “That customer was such a snubsnoot!”
