Spaffic Jam

Noun: Where a male ejaculates and then tries to urinate shortly afterwards causing a blockage in his urethra. This often results in pain and inflammation of the penis head as the combination of spaff and urine can not be released.

"I had a great sex with my girlfriend last night but when I went to the toilet afterwards I ran into a major spaffic jam. I was stuck for 20 minutes!"
