spider-bite itch is the allergic reaction a guy gets from getting bitten by a spider on his balls.

One of Matt's cadet friends put a wolf spider on my nuts and it bit me! Now my nuts have spider-bite itch and the other cadets laugh whenever I scratch my nuts!
