To give somebody a beating.

It's from Madden 2005. If you properly utilize the hit stick you can really lay a huge hit on the ball carrier. The term can also be used outside the game though.

Bill: You are such a tool. *walks away*
You: I swear to god. If he calls me that one more time I'm going hit stick him.

A game where each person gets 3 sticks, the goal is to hit the other players with the sticks, while avoiding getting hit. First person to break all 3 sticks on another person wins. Game does not end until someone has won.

"Yo you wanna play a game of stick hit?" "Nah man i still got the bruises/mild concussion from last time!"
