When a stoner consistently looses and/or misplaces things, becomes forgetful, laughs at stupid things, and/or asks stupid questions.

chronic stoner syndrome

Also known as CSS, and if left untreated by daily doses of marjiuana, attention span decreases, will power decreases, forgetfulness increases, lack of self control increases, and general reality is skewed.

"Hey Steve remember that $10 from the party last night?"

"Nah man my CSS kicked in, let me fire up a bowl real quick, and I'll remember the exact ammount I do owe you"

Middle Stoner Syndrome

While smoking marijuana in groups of three or more individuals, sitting in the center of the rotation and suffering from the inability to recall the direction of which one should pass the pipe (blunt, joint, etc.) is referred to as Middle Stoner Syndrome.

Joe: "Who passed this to me?"
Ben: "I did, it goes to Rick. I've told you three times now."
Joe: "Sorry, man, my Middle Stoner Syndrome is flaring up."

Stoner's Brain Syndrome

When a stoner, particularly someone who smokes marijuana a lot or used to, can't remember what is being conversed about. They instantly forget many things.

"really? when?"
"yesterday."
"did you kiss him?"
"..yes?"
