A straightbian switch is when a dyke/butch/stud lesbian (typically dominant) suddenly claims to be straight and starts dressing/acting more feminine out of nowhere.

Person 1: "woah, who's that new girl?"
Person 2: "she's not new, that's Sam"
Person 1: "no way, Sam's a dyke. That's not her!"
Person 2: "I know its hard to believe, but she did the straightbian switch... She's not a lesbian anymore, bro."
