When someone utilises the horn feature within vehicles in the online battle game: PLAYERUNKNOWN'S BATTLEGROUNDS, specifically in the presence of online streamers to either annoy, troll or aggravate the streamer/audience.

Guy #1: Did you check out Tim's stream last night?
Guy #2: Yep. Annoying stream honker followed him around all night.
Guy #1: Seriously?... f**k those guys.
