The act of eating out a woman whilst she drives a car or other vehicle. The version of road head given to females.
“Did you do anything on the drive over here? “

Someone who likes to go out alot or walk around outside aimlessly. Mostly used by Un Educated.
Ben: Mom where did Chris go?
Mom: Out eating streets
Ben: Jesus Christ he's never home.
To go out alot or spend a lot of time outside.
Ben: What are we doing Chris.
Chris: Today we're gonna be eating streets.
Ben: Where we goin?
Chris: As many places as we can.
