Taking a child that is not your daughter or son by legal, biological, adoption, foster, step, birth or donation.

This is also called kidnapping, Typically used to try to justify a kidnapping

I didn't kidnap his daughter I surprised adopt her without his knowledge. I kind of just snatched her. Kidnapped is a very strong term can we just use a surprise adopt?
