A mid-90ies action-strategy game (PC/Amiga) taking place in a dystopia and still kicking some major ass.

The game is set in a bleak future where "Syndicates" control the world. You're a young executive in a small European based syndicate, you must perform a series of tasks to subdue the major population centres one by one until you have driven the forces of the rival corporations out of their final strongholds."

Not so much a clan as one person that sits around and obsessively observes every room (and we do mean -every-) in hopes to catch someone talking shit about her. Members of "syndicate" are often a bunch of pussies that won't step up to shit talk and will instead resort to lame comebacks. See: "Rage on!", "Obsess more!", "Whore!" amongst others.

when in television, a show is sold to independant television stations, varying from city to city. Either that, or when a show can be seen on one network in one city, but another network in another city.
Family Feud used to be on WCAU-TV (CBS10, before 1995, when CBS and NBC switched from WCAU now nbc10 and KYW now cbs3), then when it went syndicated in 1999, it was on then-independant WGTW-TV (Channel 48), and now it is on WFMZ-TV (Channel 69).
Millioniare (Philbin) used to be on WPVI-TV (ABC6); now, Millionaire (Viera) used to be on KYW-TV (CBS3), now it's back on WPVI-TV. However, in Chicago, it's probably on their NBC station or something.
