A situation in which a favor/question is asked and replied with a null answer, then when questioned another null answer can be replied with allowing this question/answer situation to continue forever.

Doode: Hey
Dude: Yo
Doode: Oh yo! Hey, can you do me a favor? Buy me a new TV!
Dude: Uh, no
Doode: Why not?
Dude: Because I don't want to
Doode: Why not?
Dude: Because I don't want to
Doode: Why not?
Dude: Uh oh, tassy loop.
