teenie mini

A car being driven by a recently licensed driver, usually too fast and/or careening out of control. Often in a family car, such as a minivan.
Can also be used to describe the driver of the car.

Oh fuck, I've got a teenie mini riding my ass. I'm gonna pull over and let it go by.

Oh dude, did you see that minivan whipping around in traffic? What a teenie mini!
