Not work safe. Used to describe a link, picture, post, message, whatever on a message board or newsgroup thing that is inappropriate for people browing the internet at their workplace. The kind thing they could be fired for having on their screen/comp.
Man that asshole posted that fap fap pic without putting NWS next to it. I nearly got fired!

NW; abbreiviation of Neopian Writers a board on Neopets.com.
This board is infamous for it's strong spamming community of "regs".
It is ofter affectionately reffered to as the ghetto of neopets.com.
Have been known for their Mass Spams, which involve groups going out and making multiple boards of a similar topic.
The NW often goes to other boards on neopets.com and brings their mass spams there. The EMS(Evilthings and Monster Sitings board) is a praticular favourite.
Regs at the NW are called NWers.
