The Creams and the Butters

A term used to describe horrible bowel movements, mostly explosive diarrhea and other sicknesses that make your bowel movements terrible. ie- creamy and buttery shits.

“Hey man, we still on for tonight.”
“Fuck that shit bruh, I got the creams and the butters.”
“Fuck man! feel better.”
