Comes from the Chinese TikToker @humg….0 (formerly @hmg….4) known for making *very* inhumane, unnecessarily cruel inventions that lead to the mutilation and destruction of mannequins. The tagline is used in every video. When used as slang, it is a response to overly complex concepts/contraptions
