The Scumbags

A term used to describe a group of individuals (mainly used in Belfast, Ireland) who although of a good moral standing choose to drink alcohol of poor quality (such as the famous Belfast barrack-buster and Buckfast)and arrive to pubs and clubs already drunk at the early stages of a night out (sometimes its only mid-day)

'Here the scumbags are blocked already, its only four O'clock!'

Scumbag

A word commonly used to describe those who are lowlife and have no realistic goals with their lives. Often used to also describe those who are criminally inclined, enjoy bullying others for pleasure and entertainment, think that they are champagne in a fall glass when they're luke warm piss in a cup and act like they are the village hardman but are nothing more than a cowardly quim on the side of the road.

Person 1: Did you hear about what Laura did?
Person 2: Yes she's an absolute scumbag.
