An attack that involves a throat punch that is delivered to the dick instead of the throat. It's so deadly and incomprehensible to normal humans that you can't even understand it.

Person 1: Dude where's Keith? I haven't seen him in a week.

Person 2:He got a throat punch in the dick, he'll be in the hospital for a while, he needs ball replacement surgery.
