When someone spends so much time on Tinder that it takes away from time with their friends. Similar to being whipped by a significant other.

Matt: “Hey man are Andrew and Caleb coming to the party tonight?”
Vincent: “Naw they’re home fishing for some casual sex because they can’t get girls in person. They’re too tinder whipped.”
