(noun) A really burly fat female, who you have to look at twice to see if she really is a man or a woman. Usually seen driving a truck, sporting a baseball cap and smelling like poo cheese.

Eddy: I drove past a trucker dike yesterday.
John: Woah, what did she look like?
Eddy: A man with hormone problems.
