A person that loves to smell other people's shit. Typically somebody that hangs out in a bathroom, especially at a work place or a person that always follows you into a bathroom whenever you have to go.

I just sat down in the stall, and would'nt you know it, that effing turd smeller Soon walked in and started to observe himself in the mirror--again.
