That yellowing of the fingernails you get after eating indian food. Turmeric is the spice that gives that orangey-yellow colour to a dish.

Stan: Eeeew! Your nails are gross! What have you been up to?

Ollie: I got a set meal for two at the Bay of Bengal last night. It's just turmeric talons.
