When something is opposite of another thing.
"If your team scores, you get 5 points, and vice versa"
"Lol, my shirt is vice versa"

it's a way of saying something but it's flipped

Carson- "it's like saying something buts its flipped, so if i said "the mouse is scared of the elephant", you would say vice versa or somethin"

When someone uses vice versa, you can use this to re-reverse it.
