A literal sauce that takes about ten (10) minutes to make according to Caroline's Cooking:
1/3 ounce bread (10 grams, approximately 1/2 slice weight without tough crusts, ideally white)
1/4 cup milk (60 milliliters)
1/2 cup walnuts (chopped, 60 grams)
1 tablespoon parmesan (grated)
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil (recommend Pomora)
add some salt (pepper and pasta water)
should serve four (4)
I had some walnut sauce the other night, and dude it was the bomb!
