A Football manuver similar to a stiff arm, the difference is the timing. A normal Siff arm occurs during a run, while a ball carier attempt so avoid being tackled. A What Bitch occurs after a player catches a pass and then punches his defender in the helmet, as if to say "What Bitch?!"

What the bitch?? Is when your so shocked/stunned from the stupidity of the situation or person . Can also be used when someone is being dumb . This is a great alternative to "what the fuck" and will help you gain some extra SWAG points with your homes/lovers . The meaning can also be playful.
