An African American under seven years old who is dressed in bright colors, often wears a hat, and appears to have the potential to grant wishes. Unfortunately, wishing niglets often do not grant wishes.
I wish that niglet would get off of my property!
Man, I haven't studied at all for my history test; if only a wishing niglet would appear and inundate me with knowledge!
