Yellow Alert

A warning issued when a co-worker has been observed not washing his or her hands after urinating.

Bob: Don't eat the candies next to Ed's desk.

Rob: Why not?

Bob: Al put the yellow alert on him.

Rob: Ah dude... that's gross!
