The AEM-7 is an electric locomotive used primarily in the United States for passenger rail service. Designed by ASEA (a Swedish company) and built by the Electro-Motive Division of General Motors, the AEM-7 was introduced in the late 1970s and some (29 units) were rebuilt by alstom in 1998-2002. They made 7000 horsepower and a top speed of 125 MPH and their Length is 51 ft 1+25/32 in. Width is 10 ft 2 in and a height of 14 ft 9.5 in. The locomotive is a derivative of the Swedish SJ Rc4. And they were meant to replace old trains like the GE E60. Aem-7s were operated by Amtrak, Septa and MARC. Unlike the ill-fated HHP-8 it is very reliable and they ran in service up to the mid-2010s where they are phased out for modern locomotives like the Siemens ACS-64. Also called toasters due to their shape

A once-prominent American railroad that operated primarily in the northeastern and midwestern United States from 1853 to 1968. Known for its iconic streamlined art deco steam locomotives and the "Water Level Route," the New York Central connected major cities like New York City, Albany, Buffalo, Chicago, and Cleveland, providing essential passenger and freight services. The railroad played a significant role in the development of American infrastructure during the 19th and 20th centuries.
The central was a symbol of innovation and luxury, offering one of the most comfortable and sophisticated train services of its time. Famous for its opulent "20th Century Limited" passenger trains, the New York Central catered to the elite with first-class accommodations and speedy, reliable service. It was also notable for its sleek, streamlined trains that became a hallmark of American rail travel during the mid-20th century.
At its peak, the New York Central owned thousands of miles of track and operated a vast network of trains, but like many railroads, it struggled to compete with the rise of automobiles and air travel in the post-World War II era. In 1968, the New York Central merged with its rival the Pennsylvania Railroad to form the Penn Central Transportation Company, which later became notorious for its bankruptcy in the early 1970s.
Man, the New York Central railroad streamlined steam locomotives were sexy trains, bud sadly none is preserved. What a shame
Acronym for the Pennsylvania Railroad
there is lots of preserved PRR rolling stock in the railroad museum of Pennsylvania from GG1s to steam locomotives
In ships, there is this hole that ejects water on the side of the ship called the scupper. And it’s referred as “a ship’s Vagina.” So butterflies in my scupper is like the human version of butterflies in my pussy. but for ships, it’s where a ship finds an other attractive ship that she has that tingling sensation in her scupper and she would like to date and/or sexually engage with that other vessel.
Oil Tanker: Man I have this huge crush on that sexy masculine tugboat. And as he was towing that big cruise ship, I was flirting at him and I then I have this butterflies in my scupper feeling.
Container Ship: girl, next time when he isn’t busy just go up by him and ask if he wants to go out on a date with you.
Cargo Ship: girl he’s so hot, I heard that he makes 3,400hp and his engine is the same one that is used on CSX and BNSF trains.
