strem

A public livestream that receives absolutely no views but is conducted in a manner as though people were actively viewing it.

'Strem' is very similar to 'stream' but lacks the letter *a*, representing a livestream that is deprived of its vital component: viewers. The streamer is left alone strumming to their own beat but they still act as if they were in-front of, or sometimes as if they are pretending to engage with, a live audience... while at the same time understanding their viewer count is sitting at 0 and that in reality not a soul is watching (excluding the VoD).

To immediate observers the person(s) interacting with their webcam could be seen as being weird and/or crazy, but in fact this supposed method is a better way to attract and retain newcomers than by sitting in silence. In essence, *streming* relates to being constantly present in the flow state whilst giving zero fucks about what potential onlookers might initially think of you and your home-protected behavior... all for the sake of growth and the idea of living out loud on the Internet.

Stremers tend to latch onto hopium; the majority of them believe that they are or will one day become an actualized "real" streamer given by their determined attitude, as if it were their destiny to be on the frontpage, but many times, they are actually fakes and simply not good enough, which leads to them burning out, quitting, and getting hooked to copium.

>"Hey guys, plspls come watch my strem... we're playing Jackbox tonight (we need participants)!! I've got coffee brewing, prizes awaiting, and a giveaway for subs! My friend is coming over soon to join *us*! Donations welcome, no refunds :^)"
>>"no. :)"

itzing

When an individual repeatedly utters the word "its" (or "it's") or any filler word, often three or more times in quick succession. This pattern also extends to the repetition of initial sounds of words, akin to "palilalia," and can be linked to Tourette's syndrome, although it is not exclusive to this condition.

"Ple-ple-ple-please can I go with you Daddy?"
"It's, it's, it's, it's not you, it's me."
"Br-, bro, brooo!"

"They were clearly in an itzing loop and couldn't think of anything substantial to say."

ploxing

1. The act of instantly transcribing spoken words into text in real-time, without relying on dictation software. It refers to manually capturing speech, ensuring nothing is lost in conversation, whether for clarity, documentation, or memory.

2. The mental process of pre-organizing thoughts before speaking, almost like live internal transcription. Ploxing allows for smoother verbal communication by structuring ideas as they form.

3. A fast, deliberate way of ensuring that key information is captured and understood, whether through typing, writing, or cognitive processing.

🔥 Origin: Evolved from the internet slang "pl0x" (a meme version of "please"), ploxing shifts the meaning from a casual online request to a functional cognitive and linguistic tool for processing and recording speech.

"Yo, can you plox that for me? I need that exact phrasing saved."
"I was ploxing my thoughts before I even said them—makes speaking way easier."
"Dude, he was talking so fast, I couldn’t plox everything he said."
"No need to replay it, I already ploxed it in my notes."
"Plox it out, man. Type that. Capture it before it slips away."

deffynition

The definition a person defaults to that is more so a take or spin on the official written word which tends to add flavour and/or character to said 'defined' word's understanding for people locally involved.

"Carol's deffynition on the matter is not the same as yours. Her upbringing and use of Internet memology has caused her to have a slightly different opinion on what you think the definition actually is for the rest of us *here*."

"Kevin's deffynition of sperg not only implies that a person might have Asperger's but also includes the idea of *them* usually trolling streamers on Twitch in a way that garners a streamer's attention, in a spastic sort of sense."

"Urbandictionary.com is at the core of the Internet's play of deffynitions. It's better understood nowadays that there is not only one given definition for everyone and everything at all times."

encreacha

A person that intrudes in other's personal lives, usually online, in a low-key parasocial manner.

"Clara realized she was dealing with an encreacha when she discovered someone had been quietly observing her social media posts, liking old photos, and commenting on her life events without her knowledge or consent."

garbano

Someone who desperately tries to appear deep, cool, talented, or enlightened—but ends up revealing themselves as a tryhard poser with no real substance. They might use big words, wear "aesthetic" fits, or flex skills they barely have.

Think: fake spiritualists, discount intellectuals, streamer wannabes who peak at 3 viewers but still demand “mod energy.”

"Alpha energy? More like garbano schlop."

"Bro thinks he's him. He's garbano."
"Don't trust his vibe—he's all drip, no depth. Straight garbano."
"This dude showed up to open mic night wearing shutter shades, said he was 'an interdimensional poet in his villain arc,' then read AI-generated lyrics off his cracked iPhone 6. The crowd clapped out of pity. Bro is peak Garbano."

"Certified Garbano behavior."
