Hate, discrimination or prejudice against a hypothetical race which exists only in thought or as an idea and does not have a physical or concrete existence. Abstract racism usually involves creation of an imaginary race which then becomes the subject of hatred.
I heard Kevin talking shit about some imaginary race. It must have been some kind of an abstract racism.

The term was first used around early November 2023 among a digital circus fan who was fiending for a cigarette, and the humor in it ended up cementing it within the fandom’s lexicon, mostly due to its comedic and referential value between fans.
