Essentially means, "I hear what you're saying, but I still think you're full of shit."

One agrees to the other's comment, but not really, in a passive-aggressive way.

Often used in the work environment to piss off co-workers.

Perky Employee: I think we should get a work group together to determine how to build company spirit. I really think it would build morale.

Co-Worker: I don't disagree with you, but I think comp-days would work better.

basically saying you don't do something. More often than not, it's to clairfy about your sexual orientation, but down here, it's more of a "that ain't my thing" deal.

An expression used when one has nothing else to say. Usually used after an insult.

Lack of giving fucks for a given, usually unpleasant scenario, but he who utters "I don't give a fuck" isn't phased by said scenario. However, in most cases , those who utter, especially yell "I DON'T GIVE A FUCK" usually do.
