What we should call the first decade of the 2000's.
Oh-oh implies that a lot of stuff went really strangely, and surprisingly wrong, exactly what has happened.
- Dubya, climate change, terrorism, swine-flu, recession --> all pretty much an oh-oh decade.
"I haven't felt financially stable since the oh-ohs."
"Back in the oh-ohs, weird shit was happening every few months"
"The recession started in the late oh-ohs"
Used to declare when someone says something false in argument; a rebuttal would be said afterward.
"I beat everyone in Madden" "Oh-oh-oh, how you gonna say that, my little brother beat you yesterday"
An exclamation of horror and shock, negatively looking at an outcome.
<kid 1> I beat up your little brother, stole his lunch money, and hung him by his neck over a fiery pit of doom.
<kid 2> Oh no!
something one would say to show how much they really don't care
-omg my dog got hit by a car today, my teacher slapped me, and my boyfriend broke up with me!

It's what you say when you don't know what else to say to someone, and you're thinking "Wtf", but they're your friend and you don't really want to sound mean. If used with authority figures it can also mean "Fuck you".
Amy: So, I made out with Bob last night.
You: Oh.

Mom: You need to clean your room.
You: Oh.
A way to reply to a statement when you can't think of anything good or helpful to say back.

A phrase you don't want your girlfriend to say at anytime ever.
1) Lisa: "Oh no!"
John: "WHAT?"
Lisa: "I'm pregnant!"
