bloom shining is combining outdoor plants or outdoor art to the inside of your house by putting them near a window so it shows inside the house.
i like your bloom shining with the rose bush so close to the window, it appears to be inside the house.
When a player of low skill and/or level obtains ridiculous RNG (Random Number Generator) whilst attacking another player in a video game. Bot bloom allows players of low level and/or skill to have ridiculously accurate aiming and/or damaging abilities.
Particularly frequent in games such as; Fortnite, Runescape and League of Legends.
