1. Your ex sisters mother's friend's dog walkers brothers toasters' way of greeting you.
2. A viscous term used to halt the continuity of your day, generally meant to spark a dreaded conversation.

(2) I am perpetually disconcerted by this abominable phrase.

hello. is an awesome word try using it.
do not use it to try to say a normal hello to someone.
a normal person: i am the yes yes yes am the yesyeysye
me: hello.
