Deflection

When a MAGAt Republican has no evidence to back up their claim, so they resort to “Hunter Biden’s laptop” or “Hillary’s emails” or anything to tap dance around the question.

Republictard: “Democrats stoled the election”.

Democrats: “Do you have any evidence of the election being stolen?”

Republicans: “UH…. UH…..HUNTER BIDEN’s LAPTOP”

Democrats: “Ah yes. The old deflection tactic”.

I have no ill feelings about the color red, however, I do hate with a passion the colors that it takes to create the color red. This is an example of Deflective Profiling.

DEFLECT TO KIDS

Noooo! I forgot that part! In the Single men crisis one!? Yes!

Hym "Step 4: DEFLECT TO KIDS. This single men crisis can only be solved by ignoring the single men crisis entirely and breeding new boys who will hypothetically be both not single and not in crisis! Shit! I had that one ready in the abstract but then I forgot. It was supposed to be #3 but then I forgot and then I replaced it with the new step 3 and THIS ONE was integral. God damnit! I hate having to retcon things back in like this. Deflect to kids. We need to breed more fat-cocks. That's the solution."

Deflective Idealist

An individual who attributes their personal challenges and frustrations to society, the average person, or systemic flaws, rather than engaging in self-reflection or taking responsibility. They vocalize their grievances with moral certainty yet remain trapped in a cycle of denial and inertia, resisting meaningful personal growth.

Example:
“Despite his constant critiques of society and ‘the common man,’ he refuses to examine his own faults — a quintessential deflective idealist.”
