Phrase used by a deer, fox or other animal running away from a hunter. see also animal rights, fox hunting.

Response indicating one is willing to participate in the afformentioned event. "I'm Game" is always precluded by a suggestion or indication of an activity.
Mills: "Yeah, We headed down the club. You with us?"
Mack: "I'm game."
or
Frank: "She said she was goin to church Sunday morning. I'm game, so we had mad crazy sex all night."
Another way of saying, "Sure!" or "I'm up for it". Used by people who think they're cool, chill or otherwise interesting or dilusioned.
"Dude do you want to go to the mall?"
"I'm game."
The statement "I'm Game" is used to inform a prospective opponent that you are ready to accept a challenge etc.
Person 1: Want to play some Yahoo! Pool?
Person 2: Im game!
1: Accepting proposal for competition. Being up for something. Willing to do something. etc. etc.
1: "basketball. one on one. toe to toe. you vs. me. ok?"
2: "yeah, im game"
That is something I am up for; count me in.
"Yo, who wants to go catch a movie?"
"I'm game"
to be willing to do the suggested activity
"Want to go to the elephant farm?"
