Friends and colleagues of Hollywood who must vigilantly endure his peacock tendencies, including constant preening, self-praise, and leering at women, especially fatties.

Fart Handler

1. The recipient of a fart smell, usually after the farter is long gone.
2. A deragatory term, associated with being a fart smeller.

A word used black-outedly, either under the influence of alcohol, mary j. uana, mushrooms, or a combination of those, to describe a video game controller.

Drunk friend: "I wanna kill people. (referring to GTA IV) Gimmie my play handler."

whiptastic handler

noun; someone who fantastically handles everything with a little more whip than everyone else.

balloon handler

The person in charge of the removal and disposal of a condom for a friend while said friend is in the process of intercourse. Baloon handling is often used in the instances of a "Hot gun" or "stealthing".
