Phrase. Denotes a system of thought that predominantly considers things in an "either, or", "right, wrong", "black, white" way, ignoring any subtleties or consideration of third or more alternatives.
In philosophy, this is know as a "bifurcation fallacy".
People who habitually think in this way are usually fairly unintelligent and unimaginative.

A person with the IQ level between 0 to 1. Used jokingly or with a despiteful overtone to describe some one with absolutely stupid or silly behavior or extremely low intellectual level. Some one who is idiotic. Could also be used to describe a narrow minded person whose view of the world is only black and white, and nothing in between.
Many of those self righteous politicians seem to demonstrate a brain with binary IQ.

The term "Binary Bitch" refers to somebody who is plain and in general is just boring to be around such as that stereotypical girl in the back of your class. Do not be mistaken however, the term "Binary Bitch" can be used to describe both Male and Females and also can be referred to as just "Binary"

Derivative of the 1-10 scale, in which a person or persons are rated in terms of physical attractiveness ranging from 1 (least attractive) to 10 (most attractive).
The Binary Scale is an alternative, simplified version of the 1-10 scale based on the {binary} numeral system in which the number "1" is equated with an "on" or "yes" command and the number "0" is equated with an "off" or "no" command.
