The act of farting while behind another person, quickly forming your hand into a cup, reaching around and scooping the stinky air into the other person's face. As you do it, you yell SCOOP!

The unfortunate occurance in which you are playing Super Smash Bros. and someone takes one of your lives by jumping off the edge with you or spiking you off the edge of the stage. This often instills joy in the person who "scooped" the other.
