Caused by poor eyesight, dyslexia, confusion, given a false number at a club, etc. does not bother to save frequently called numbers into their cell phone contacts.

I got another "dialing while black" call on my personal cell phone. She claimed I called her first and when I told her my number she hung-up. Or, some obviously-impared black guy just called me asking for Sheniqua. I told him there was no Sheniqua here and he hung-up abruptly, another "dialing while black" call.
