the aftermath of a good night. the feeling that one wishes to just sleep and cry. the drugs are starting to wear off after the high, and however high you went you will go that low, maybe even more so.

The effect of sobering up from any drug. If its weed, things are speeding up back to normal. If its cystal meth, you feel like passing out, not enough energy.
"Pass the sh** man, m coming down here."
a drugs effects are wearing off (after smoking marijuana, this usually occurs about two hours later)
"hey, fire up the bowl again, i'm coming down"
could be the worst effing thing in the universe.. to barely even noticing. in reference to a drug wearing off.. meth, weed, heroin, coke.. you name it.
To eat or partake in eating with another person.
"Come down on these chicken nuggets with me, baby!"
To go down on someone and really, really enjoy it

when someone flinches or says something very wrong the person usually says COME DOWN and you take ur hand and you run there neck. MOST IMPORTANT RULE IF THEY SAY ONE BEFORE YOU SAY COME DOWN YOU CAN NOT RUN THERE NECK
