Infante is usually a spanish or italian last name. A lot of infantes have big hearts but go over board. Get too obsessed in their children's lives even though they're children are adults. They also feel like they need to make an impression on people. Always need to prove a point and look (act) like they are better then others...
"Hey, honey lets go to my mother's today so she can visit with the kids!"

self explanatory -lots of fun can be had by replacing the word 'baby' with infant. 'baby' is used anywhere and everywhere for everything!!!. -substituting 'infant' garners some definite puzzlement, you may not publish this; but try it! it throws a definite wrench in the speech 'machine' -serves as a delightful speech 'stiffening agent' too!
